Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Garlic Butter
Large shrimp skewered and grilled until pink and slightly charred, finished with garlic herb butter. Quick and elegant outdoor seafood grilling.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs large shrimp peeled deveined
- 4 tbsp butter unsalted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 skewers metal skewers
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers, dividing evenly.
- Mix softened butter with minced garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Brush shrimp skewers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat grill to high heat (450°F). Grill shrimp skewers 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through (should not be overcooked).
- Transfer skewers to serving platter and place a dollop of garlic herb butter on top of each skewer.
- Serve immediately while butter is melting. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
