Ingredients
- 4 6-oz salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and lightly grease it.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spoon the honey garlic glaze generously over each fillet, letting it pool around the edges.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is sticky and caramelized. For extra caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter for shine. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve with steamed rice and roasted vegetables.
