Wild Tuna Salad with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 cans (5 oz) canned wild tuna in water drained
- 1.5 cups celery diced
- 0.25 cup red onion minced
- 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp capers
Instructions
- Drain tuna cans thoroughly, pressing with a fork to remove excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, diced celery, and minced red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and chopped fresh dill.
- Fold yogurt mixture into tuna mixture until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Gently fold in capers and fresh parsley.
- Divide into meal prep containers. Serve on greens or with whole grain crackers. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
